A little about myself...

I am currently an undergraduate (sophomore maybe?) majoring in Computer Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I’m a fairly spontaneous person who enjoys playful mischief (i.e. pranks). My work tends to be meticulous as I often seek out perfection even where a lesser quality is usually adequate. This could be a tragic flaw. As for hobbies: my love of woodworking has fallen way to computer related activities however I still enjoy putzing in the garage. I also thoroughly enjoy over-engineering things and developing such nonsensical devices such as the "calibrated conical measuring frustum" of which I must also attribute credit to Blaine.

The history of laazy...

Laazy got started as a little bravenet hosted site which was rather useless but fun to maintain. The name "Laazy" came from a hope shared by a friend and myself that someone would mistype lazy.com in the address bar and end up at this site. Anyways, the site that was hosted on bravenet was revamped pratically every month. It was hosted for a year on bravenet.com. After that, I hosted it on a personal computer for a period of several years. From there, I moved it to dreamhost.com for a period of two years. Finally, I moved it to a server collocated in Chicago which handles most of the content of the site. I’m in the process of moving static content to a CDN which has far greater capacity than the primary server.
