This is more or less an inside joke, but it's still hilarious. When someone joins an IRC channel only to be abruptly rejected by ChanServ, it is customary to paste the link to this video for the person who got rejected to see. It applies to those who should be allowed in but get rejected unexpectedly... kind of like running into a glass door.
